Pricing: All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Availability: Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via mobile money, credit/debit cards, and other methods processed securely through Flutterwave.

Payment Processing: By providing payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The information provided is accurate and current
• You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when incurred

We offer delivery services within Uganda. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Information page.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address
• You must provide accurate delivery information

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please review our complete Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on the return process and conditions.

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions by sharing products on social media:

• Commissions are earned when someone makes a purchase through your unique referral link
• Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions
• You may not use spam, misleading claims, or prohibited advertising methods
• Referral earnings must meet minimum threshold before payout

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ddondola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Uganda.

Venue: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kampala, Uganda for resolution of any disputes.
