Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Click the "Register" button at the top of the page and fill in your details (name, email, phone, password). You can also sign up using your Facebook or Google account for faster registration.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.
Can I change my account information?
Yes! Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, and delivery addresses.
Shopping & Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse products, click "Add to Cart" on items you want, then click the cart icon. Review your items, click "Checkout," fill in your delivery details and payment information, then confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified. Contact us at +256 200 948226 immediately if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard under "My Orders."

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including:
- Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (selected areas)
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Taxes are included in the displayed price.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within Uganda. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available in Kampala and major cities for an additional fee.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over UGX 100,000. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees apply based on your location.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. For full details, visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at info@ddondola.com or +256 200 948226 to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Referral Program
How does the referral program work?
Every product has a unique referral link. Share it on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Twitter), and when someone buys through your link, you earn a commission automatically!
How much commission can I earn?
Commission rates vary by product category, typically ranging from 5% to 15% of the sale price. You can view your earnings and statistics in your Referral Dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly once you reach the minimum threshold of UGX 50,000. Payments are made via mobile money or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
