Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. The 30-day period starts from the day you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact (boxes, tags, labels)
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- Products must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, perfumes once opened)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Food and beverages
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Call us at +256 200 948226 or email info@ddondola.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will verify your return eligibility and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RAN on the package.
Ship or Drop Off
Ship the item to the address provided, or drop it off at our office: Royal Park Building, Plot 29B Buganda Road Ground Floor, Suite 111.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Mobile Money: Instant to 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant (subject to availability).
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- Indicate that you want an exchange instead of a refund
- Specify the variant you'd like to receive
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement
- OR we'll issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Important: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the delivery person and take photos before accepting the package.
