- Merchants are responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
- Prohibited products, including illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items, must not be listed on the platform.
- Ddondola reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate these terms or applicable laws.
3. Order Fulfillment
- Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately.
- Shipping costs, timelines, and methods must be clearly stated and adhered to.
- Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may result in penalties or account suspension.
4. Fees and Payments
- Merchants agree to pay all applicable fees, including listing fees, transaction fees, and commissions, as outlined in our pricing policy.
- Payments to merchants will be processed on a schedule specified by Ddondola, subject to successful order completion and buyer satisfaction.
- Disputes regarding payments must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
- Merchants must ensure they have the rights to use any images, trademarks, or other intellectual property included in their product listings.
- Ddondola may use merchant-provided content for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Compliance and Conduct
- Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and data privacy requirements.
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
7. Account Termination
Ddondola reserves the right to suspend or terminate a merchant’s account at any time for violating these terms, engaging in prohibited activities, or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ddondola is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including loss of sales, reputation, or data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
